Chorizo with beef is a traditional chorizo, made mostly with beef, although it contains some pork, which softens its flavor. Unlike pork chorizo, beef chorizo has a darker color.<\/p>\n<p>This type of chorizo is typical from Le\u00f3n, and has a slight spicy touch. Stuffed in natural beef casing, and shaped like a horseshoe. Made with extra lean beef, fatty pork belly, La Vera DO paprika, salt and natural spices (garlic and oregano). WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES OR COLORANTS and GLUTEN FREE. It is made by hand in Cistierna (Le\u00f3n)-Los Rejos.
