Semi-cured sheep's cheese cured for 4 to 6 months and made by hand with 100% raw sheep's milk. Award for the 2nd best artisan semi-cured cheese in Castilla y León 2022. Quesos Mostelares has been making sheep's cheese for generations, perfecting our process to obtain the best artisanal sheep's cheese with raw milk from Hinestrosa (Burgos). Approximate weight 350 g.
