Description

Ingredients: Beef, salt, preservatives E-250, E-252, antioxidant E-300. and lard. Does not contain smoke. It is made by hand in Cistierna (León)-Los Rejos. These meats have undergone a salting process and subsequently a curing-ripening process. This process takes enough time, approximately one year, to give it its own organoleptic characteristics. Our cured meat belongs to the PGI Protected Geographical Indication. Approximate weight: 120 g
